A. We offer a Ready to Wear collection with shoes that are pre-made and available in a standard M width. All our other collections—Made to Order, Optimum, and Customization—are made to order, crafted specifically to your selected fit preferences.

Q. How long does it take to receive my custom shoes?

A. Once your order is confirmed, we typically need 2 to 3 weeks to carefully craft your custom pair. After that, shipping time will vary based on your location. We’ll provide tracking details as soon as your shoes are on their way!
